On the shores of Lake Geneva, fourteen-year-old Margaux meets Juliette, a seven-year-old child in care, and Joël, a fisherman recently returned from Indonesia. United in silent refusal to face life, the three are torn between attraction, disappointment and a longing for faraway places.
